Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bartending within the food industry or hospitality sector

- Knowledge of drink recipes, including classic cocktails and mixology techniques

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor

- Proficient in handling food safely and adhering to health regulations

- Familiarity with basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments

- Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
