**WHO WE ARE**

Located in downtown Oakville, **XII - Old Fashioned Restaurant** is a new and exciting concept taking Old Oakville by storm. Starring a simple à la carte menu of ‘Nothing but the Best’ steak cuts, fresh seafood and local favourites and paired with classic libations and a star-studded wine list.

While dining the entertainment on stage will make you feel like you were part of history. Each night, our stage will have live crooners, jazz and big band performing classics; it’s dinner and a show all in one; the cat’s meow

**THE JOB**

We are looking for energetic, mature & professional **BARTENDERS**to enhance our service team. Bartenders at XII will understand the true meaning of hospitality and will deliver exceptional skills with each interaction and each libation you make.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**
- Must be able to maintain a clean and very organized bar
- Classic cocktail and wine knowledge
- Strong knowledge of spirits and all things beverage
- Must have a professional and positive attitude while giving excellent customer service to each one of our guests
- Prioritizes steps of service, guest experience and network of regulars
- Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations
- Passion, punctual, engaging and a positive attitude
- Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 years bartending experience in an upscale restaurant
- The ability to connect with others
- Must have Smart Serve Certification
- Efficient and accurate use of POS system
- Understanding and knowledge of the fine dining restaurant industry is definite asset
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Positive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Neat, well-groomed appearance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
