The Role
As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday Day Shift position. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:
Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff.Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset.
Salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive health and dental benefit package.
