Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Temporary Receptionist to support our front office operations during the week of November 24–28, 2025. The successful candidate will receive two days of paid training on November 20 and 21 to become familiar with our office procedures, phone system, and daily tasks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and phone systems.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Schedule: Full-time hours (approx. 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) during training and work week.
  • Location: Maple, ON
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
  • Dress Code: Business casual.
