Position Overview
As Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with our Commercial Operations team, Business SMEs, and Stakeholders to architect and deliver on key program initiatives. This hands-on position is responsible for systems analysis, case queue management, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within the Salesforce business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to understand objectives, provide support in developing technical solutions.
- Develops elegant and simple solutions.
- Support and resolve production problems/issues.
- Work independently to maintain subject matter expertise with Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/CPQ/Integrations
- Proactively performs extensive system testing to ensure that the systems work efficiently and are developed following the applicable development methodology.
- Create and maintain detailed business documentation, use case and data flows.
- Automate process, eliminating redundancy, and improving efficiency without sacrificing end-user experience
- Manage case queues effectively to ensure timely resolution and prioritization of requests.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years' experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force and
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following the areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force
- Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience in driving strong relationships and business partnerships. Business consulting experience preferred.
- Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration 3rd party applications.
- Develop/Configure automation processes where necessary, using established design standards, core workflow principles that are scalable and simple to maintain.
- Ability to work with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Visualforce pages, Lightning app builder
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and assess appropriate next generation technology recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide projects.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- A passion for problem solving.
- Proven success and complete comfort working for high growth, fast-paced, rapidly changing, team-oriented environments.
U.S pay range
$86,000—$107,000 CAD
