The Enforcement Specialist (Specialist) reviews enforcement case file reports and develops and drafts administrative decisions and enforcement orders as required through consultation and acquisition of consensus between the Vice President, Operations, Legal Services, and Compliance & Enforcement technical staff. The Specialist assists staff to interpret and implement legislation, advises leadership and Executive in oil and gas related matters, and, in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs, coordinates requests for internal and external legal advice.
