Your new role  

This role offers a diverse scope, encompassing both Insolvency and Restructuring across contentious and non-contentious aspects. Responsibilities will span administrations, liquidations, fraud, directors' duties, solvent and insolvent restructuring, CVAs, and more. The top three attributes we seek in candidates are: 

Solid Litigation Experience: We value candidates with a strong foundation in litigation, ensuring they can navigate complex legal scenarios effectively. Strong Drafting Skills: The ability to craft clear and precise legal documents is essential for success in this role. Commitment and Dedication: We are seeking individuals willing to invest the time and effort required to excel in this dynamic field.

What you will need to succeed 

For this role, a minimum of 3 years' post-call experience in Restructuring and Insolvency is essential.
