Caledon, Ontario, Canada Twilight Full time

At Twilight, we combine unique artistry and technical know-how to create spectacular, awe-inspiring spaces for our clients. We are solution providers. Our goal is to make sure our partners have a space and experience they never imagined was possible.

We're looking for a Manager, Project Operations — a confident, structured leader who thrives in a custom manufacturing environment. You'll bring clarity to complexity, consistency to creativity, and accountability to a talented team ready for strong, supportive direction.

The Opportunity

Every project at Twilight is unique — but the way we deliver them shouldn't be.

This role is about creating structure in the chaos of custom work: aligning people, process, and performance so great ideas become great outcomes.

You'll oversee our Project Management team, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion while driving stronger communication, clearer accountability, and dependable execution across departments.

What You'll Do:

Lead and Develop the Project Management Team

  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and consistency for a team managing diverse custom signage projects.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable with fairness and transparency.
  • Coach and motivate PMs to take ownership and pride in their work.

Strengthen Processes and Performance

  • Refine and uphold workflows that promote efficiency, quality, and repeatable success.
  • Oversee project delivery from kickoff to installation — ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication stay on track.
  • Collaborate across departments to eliminate silos and reinforce shared accountability.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Identify where systems break down and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
  • Champion process consistency while adapting with agility to unique project needs.
  • Report on performance metrics, wins, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.

What you bring
:

· 5+ years of project management experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibility

· Experience in custom manufacturing, signage, or a project-based environment where no two jobs are the same.

· A process-oriented mindset with the flexibility to pivot when challenges arise.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills — firm, fair, and forward-thinking.

· PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

· Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and planning

Why You'll Love Working Here

· You will make an immediate impact as part of Twilight's leadership team.

· You'll work with passionate, creative professionals who value collaboration and excellence.

· Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that values both accountability and fun.

We thank all applicants in advance for their interest, however only applicants selected to be interviewed, will be contacted.
