Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
  • Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly while maintaining recycling protocols where applicable
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
  • Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or contamination
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by storing equipment and supplies properly after use

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
  • Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
  • Basic understanding of health regulations related to sanitation and hygiene practices
