We are looking for Evening Receptionist to join our team

Job Description

· Greet guests on the arrival in a polite and friendly manner

· Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and requests in-person and via phone

· Check in and check out guests at the reception desk

· Booking appointments for guests in-person and via phone

· Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficiently

Job Requirements

· Previous receptionist experience or any other similar capacity

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills

· Required to work weekends and holidays

· Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills

· Present professional appearance at all times

· Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $20-$25 per hour
