**Job description**

Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.

We are looking for Evening Receptionist to join our team
- Greet guests on the arrival in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and requests in-person and via phone
- Check in and check out guests at the reception desk
- Booking appointments for guests in-person and via phone
- Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficiently

**Job Requirements**
- Previous receptionist experience or any other similar capacity
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills
- Required to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
- Present professional appearance at all times
- Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: $18-$25 per hour

**Experience**:
Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
