Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and support the kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for cooking and food service, looking to grow their experience within the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
  • Support the cooking team during meal service to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices

Experience

  • Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is beneficial
  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting will help candidates adapt quickly to our team's workflow
