We will provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed — whether you have prior B2B sales experience, are looking to transition from a high-volume sales role such as door-to-door or telecom sales, or are someone with strong sales instincts looking for a career-launching opportunity. If you're ready to level up your sales career, apply todayActivities that are a regular part of the role:Prospecting, cold calling, and preparing and presenting quotes to obtain new businessUtilizing the Salesforce CRM platform to manage and track customer interactions, monitor sales opportunities, and update records to stay organized and informed about their sales pipelineCoordinating with the Operations team regarding new customer site checks, container specifications, and service optimizationMeeting regularly with your Sales Manager to review your sales pipeline activity, as well as your customer relationship and retention activitiesContinuously learning and carrying out market analysis on the industry and our competitors in order to develop unique service options and profitable pricing structures for WCS's customersWorking closely and collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiencyWorking with your Sales team colleagues to assist one another through sharing information and collaborating on strategy with the purpose of achieving common Company goalsOther duties as assignedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO:Is an incentive-driven sales "hunter" with the proven ability to close salesHas an intense hunger for results, supported by a demonstrated track record of revenue attainmentPossesses strong selling skills, and is able to overcome and close around objectionsUtilizes a consultative, problem-solving sales approach, and is able to be persistent without being obnoxiousEnjoys cold calling, prospecting, and meeting people face-to-faceIs able to determine who the decision makers are, and knows how to get past the gatekeepersProven track record of closing sales and exceeding targetsSkilled in B2B relationship building and consultative sellingStrong negotiation, networking, and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyExcellent time management and communication skillsExperience in waste management, property management sales, or related industries is a plusWHAT WE OFFER:Salary: $60,000 per yearAdditional Pay: Bonus and commission opportunities upon quota attainment for >$100K OTE.Benefits: Comprehensive dental, vision, and extended health care, life and disability. insurance, profit-sharing opportunities, tuition reimbursementOn-site parkingCompany eventsWork-from-home options for added flexibilityJoin Our TeamWaste Control Services has proudly served as an employer of choice for 30 years.
