We're looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyperson/Red Seal Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on client and internal vehicles in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Complete and review repair orders and vehicle inspection reports with Service Advisors. Explain any additional maintenance work required to customers to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Liaise with Management, Service Advisors, and Installers to ensure smooth communication and that all commitments are met.
  • Provide quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards, performing tasks in compliance with flat rate time allowances.
  • Keep vehicles clean and free of damage by using seat covers and floor mats.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Demonstrate natural intuition and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Have a sense of humor.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Journeyperson/Red Seal Automotive Technician with 2+ years of experience.
  • Possession of a full set of tools.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Required technical and computer skills.
