Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Experience Leader located in Huntsville, AL. The Quality Experience Leader will be responsible for promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives, engaging stakeholders to optimize patient experience, and ensuring compliance with healthcare quality standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, developing strategies to enhance service delivery, and supporting the implementation of quality and safety programs across the organization. The role will require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to uphold the organization's commitment to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Project Management
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Metrics Evaluation
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement, Collaboration, and Communication
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Regulations, Compliance Standards, and Accreditation Processes
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset
