Position Summary
The successful candidate will be a perpetual learner who has a proficient understanding of Information Technology tools and services. Working in a large IT environment, the student will be a curious, perceptive analytical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in pressure situations, both individually and in a team environment.

Your Role In The Game

  • Working on a range of Solution Delivery assignments including areas of:
  • Solution Management
  • Application Development
  • Infrastructure Development
  • Quality Control
  • Work closely with the senior testing team to review requirements, produce design specifications and develop and testing software to support the implementation of business solutions
  • Collaborate with Technology Operations to support vendors and internal business stakeholders on new or revised applications, systems, and environment setup related to implementing and operating the solution
  • Plan and setup project environments required for development and testing
  • Maintain an overall perspective of current relevant technologies and processes

What You Need To Play

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus on computer science, information technology, business administration and/or project management discipline
  • An aptitude for learning on the job
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use critical thinking to inform effective decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment that requires comfort with ambiguity
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
