Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various tools and equipment. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential solar power systems
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of solar power systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues using appropriate testing devices
  • Inspect and ensure all installations comply with local and national electrical codes

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience with the installation and maintenance of solar power systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Certification as an Electrician is a plus
  • Solar electrical installation certification or training is preferred
