**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: We are looking for a Solar Advisor to become part of our Grande Prairie team. The individual should be a natural sales person with a desire to serve others, self starter with enthusiasm for a career in renewable energy and be passionate about creating positive change.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform feasibility studies and system simulations for potential solar PV sites
- Develop quotations and financial analysis for potential customers
- Conduct solar site visits at customers’ premises
- Offer technical and administrative support to respond to solar PV competive bids
- Work closely with installation teams to install residential and commercial solar PV systems
- Design and improve various solar PV operation processes as required
- Assistant to General Manager in day-to-day operations
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven organizational skills, including a high degree of attention to details
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office Suite, esp. Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Project management skills
- Knowledge in electrical design concepts and Sketchup or related software
- Capable of lifting and climbing a ladder and comfortable working at heights
- Previous solar and/or electrical experience is desired
- Familiarity with solar PV simulation tools, such as PVWats, Helioscope, PVSyst or PVSol would be an asset
- Current safety training such as first aid, fall arrest, and AWP would be an asset

Annual salary $54,000- $84,000
**Salary**: $54,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
