Summary
Join our team as a Dental Receptionist at our location in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting our mission to achieve necessary certifications for expanding our capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage scheduling of laboratory cases and shipping and local delivery
- Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate communication.
- Maintain accurate electronic dental records and case entry and billing
- Support administrative tasks and assist team leaders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless office environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Prior experience in a dental office required
- Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to be a team player
