About the Opportunity

Are you a dedicated and dynamic physician looking for a practice opportunity built around flexibility and work-life balance?

We are opening a brand-new, modern clinic in Mississauga and are seeking a skilled Family or Walk-In Physician to help us build a patient-centered practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated physician to shape their own schedule and patient panel in a supportive environment.

  • Compensation: Competitive Split/Fee-For-Service model with a favorable overhead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population (in the family practice stream).
  • Offer timely and episodic care to walk-in patients (in the walk-in stream).
  • Perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative procedures and services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited university.
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice in Canada.
  • Current, valid registration and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
  • Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) is preferred for family practice.
  • New graduates who have recently completed their residency are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
