Position: Sales Representative
About the Role
We are a fast-growing distributor of essential health and wellness products trusted by businesses across Canada and the U.S. Our product portfolio includes rapid diagnostic test kits, personal protective equipment, and everyday health essentials that businesses rely on to operate safely and responsibly.
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative focused on high-volume outbound calling and consistent daily sales performance. Success in this role is measured by activity, discipline, and results.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, is highly self-motivated, and performs well with clear daily targets and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling
- Consistently generate a multiple sales per day through outbound efforts
- Introduce products clearly and professionally, positioning value quickly and confidently
- Handle objections effectively and move prospects toward a close
- Follow call scripts and sales processes while continuously improving conversion rates
- Accurately log calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and consistent follow-through
- Collaborate with management to refine scripts, targeting, and outreach strategies
Performance Expectations
- High daily call volume is mandatory and tracked
- Sales performance is measured daily, weekly, and monthly
- Consistency, reliability, and accountability are essential
Qualifications & Fit
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling or inside sales
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to be concise and persuasive
- Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection effectively
- Organized and disciplined with strong follow-through
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and performance
- B2B sales experience is an asset, particularly in distribution or essential products
