À propos du rôle
Le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) Qualité jouera un rôle clé au sein du département Qualité en contribuant à réduire les erreurs de fabrication et le coût global de la qualité. Ce rôle comprend la supervision continue des activités d'assurance qualité, la mise en place et l'amélioration de procédures et instructions documentées, la réalisation d'audits planifiés et non planifiés, la conduite d'enquêtes, l'analyse des causes fondamentales et la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives, ainsi que le suivi des principaux indicateurs de performance qualité. Basé(e) à Montréal, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) Qualité soutiendra également d'autres sites et collaborera étroitement avec les équipes locales de qualité à travers l'organisation.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents au début pour soutenir nos différents sites. Il s'agit d'un rôle 100 % en présentiel.
Rôles et responsabilités
- Assurer la maintenance du Système de Management de la Qualité.
- Effectuer des analyses de causes fondamentales et mettre en place des actions correctives pour les enjeux liés aux processus.
- Soutenir le/la DQA dans l'établissement, la mise en œuvre et le maintien du système de management de la qualité.
- Développer et offrir des formations visant à renforcer la culture qualité.
- Collaborer avec l'Ingénierie et les Opérations sur toutes les questions liées à la qualité.
- Soutenir les inspecteurs qualité afin de garantir la conformité des produits et des processus aux données approuvées, au système de gestion de la qualité, aux exigences clients et aux exigences de Transports Canada (TCCA).
- Superviser les audits, incluant la fermeture des constats, la rédaction des rapports et la détermination des actions correctives et préventives appropriées.
- Analyser les défaillances et les actions correctives/préventives liées aux plaintes clients.
- Améliorer continuellement les processus et procédures d'inspection à la réception, en cours de production et finale.
- Effectuer les inspections de conformité nécessaires pour soutenir l'ingénierie.
- Assurer la surveillance qualité des activités de production.
- Réaliser les inspections FAI et soumettre la documentation aux clients conformément à l'AS9102.
- Collaborer avec l'Ingénierie et les Opérations pour assurer un transfert adéquat des nouveaux produits vers la production.
- Travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour enquêter sur les enjeux qualité, recommander des solutions et soutenir leur mise en œuvre.
- Offrir de la formation et du mentorat sur les questions liées à la qualité.
Qualifications
- Être bilingue – français/anglais
- Diplôme technique en aviation (fabrication, maintenance ou avionique).
- Licence de technicien(ne) d'entretien d'aéronefs (atout).
- Certifié(e) auditeur AS9100; expérience avec ISO 9001 et AS9100 requise.
- 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur(e) qualité.
- Aptitudes démontrées en leadership, collaboration et facilitation.
- Sens marqué du service client, initiative et capacité à gérer le changement et à obtenir des résultats.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Solide compréhension des outils et techniques d'amélioration de la qualité.
- Excellentes compétences en anglais parlé et écrit (le français est un atout).
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, gestion des priorités et gestion du temps.
- Capacité avérée à prendre des décisions éclairées.

About the role
The Quality Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Quality department by reducing manufacturing errors and the overall cost of quality. This will be achieved through comprehensive quality assurance oversight; leading the development and implementation of documented procedures and work instructions; conducting scheduled and unscheduled audits; performing investigations; driving root cause analysis and corrective actions; and monitoring key quality performance indicators. Based in Montreal, the Quality Coordinator will also support additional sites and collaborate closely with local Quality teams across the organization.
This role requires frequent travel during the initial period to support our sites. It is a 100% on-site position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Quality Management System maintenance.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Assist DQA in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations on Quality matters
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the approved data, quality management system, customer requirements, and TCCA requirements.
- Oversee audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Continuously improving receiving, in-process, and final inspection processes and procedures.
- Perform Conformity Inspection duties as required to support Engineering.
- Perform quality oversight and monitoring of production activities, including active
- Performing FAI inspection and document submission to the customers according to AS9102.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Work with cross-functional team and project team to investigate quality issues, recommend solutions and then work with the teams to implement those solutions.
- Provide training and mentoring on quality matters.
Qualifications
- Be Bilingual – French/English
- Technical degree in aviation (manufacturing, maintenance or avionics)
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (asset)
- Certified AS9100 auditor Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Must have 4 to 6 years of experience as quality engineer.
- Proven leadership, collaboration & facilitation skills.
- Strong client focus, initiative, and ability to manage change and achieve results / closure.
- Must be outgoing with strong ability to meet and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Thorough understanding of quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills (French is an asset)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Proven decision-making skills.
