Job description

The Electrical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

· Directly servicing the customer and via phone

· Processing orders, inquiries & quotations

· Maintaining a high level of customer service

· Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives

Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge

· Knowledge of the electrical business is essential

· Good organizational skills

Experience \ Qualifications:

  1. Must have college education or plus 1 year of related experience within the electrical distribution industry or a combination of education and experience.

  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service within the electrical distribution \ industrial industry
