Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to coordinate daily transportation operations and deliver outstanding customer support. This role involves managing freight dispatch, utilizing transportation management systems, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. Duties
- Coordinate, assign, and review daily logistics and dispatch operations, including scheduling shipments and deliveries.
- Establish, implement, and adjust work schedules and operating procedures to meet business demands while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipments and resolve work-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate activities with transportation providers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on shipping performance, inventory levels, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transportation laws and regulations.
- Implement and monitor security procedures to safeguard goods throughout the supply chain.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics and dispatch equipment to prevent operational disruptions.
- Manage logistics-related budgets, ensuring cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including process enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Ability to work 6 days per week and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in dispatch systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
