The Role
We are seeking experienced sewing machine operators to join our production floor on the day shift. You'll be working on high quality technical products in a clean, air conditioned manufacturing environment. This role is best suited for someone with industrial sewing experience who can adapt quickly and maintain a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble ballistic carriers, tactical gear, and related products
Follow patterns, work instructions, and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Perform basic machine upkeep and adjustments
Maintain accuracy and consistency while meeting production targets
Qualifications
Previous sewing experience required (industrial or upholstery sewing preferred)
Comfortable working with technical fabrics and heavier materials
High attention to detail and consistent quality focus
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
English language skills are helpful but not required, many of our staff speak Ukrainian, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Onsite parking available
Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
Compensation
$18.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
