Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager located in Saskatoon, SK. This position supports the housekeeping department by supervising and coordinating daily cleaning operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards are maintained. Responsibilities include overseeing laundry services, assisting with hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing guest requests or concerns with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and coordinating housekeeping operations
  • Knowledge and experience in Laundry operations and procedures
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
  • Proficiency in Hiring and training staff to meet high-performance and service quality standards
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality management experience
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
