Solange Medical Aesthetics is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Assistant Manager to support daily clinic operations at our Ottawa location. This role is ideal for a strong leader with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with clinic leadership to ensure smooth operations, exceptional client experiences, and a positive, accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

  • Support daily clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
  • Assist with scheduling and workflow optimization

Team Leadership & Support

  • Support and guide front desk and clinical staff
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Address minor staff concerns and escalate issues to management when needed

Client Experience

  • Ensure an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Professionally handle client inquiries, scheduling issues, and concerns
  • Assist in resolving client complaints in accordance with company policies

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Support payroll preparation, time tracking, and documentation
  • Help drive retail and service sales, promotions, and clinic performance targets

Qualifications

  • Previous assistant manager, supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, spa, or customer-facing environments is an asset
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with clients of all genders

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Fast-paced, client-facing setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
