This role will be primarily responsible for practice engagement at our ExecHealth clinics within the WELL Health portfolio. WELL is focused on using technology to modernize the operation and delivery of healthcare. The role of the Clinic Manager is a key leader within the operations team of WELL Health Technologies Corp (WELL). The mission of the role is to be responsible/accountable for leading and managing physician clinics in the Ottawa area. The overarching goal is to incorporate the WELL Health Clinic Network mission, goals, SOPs, and budgets into the operations of the clinic, and communicate these to staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and directing arriving patients
- Booking appointments, managing and triaging patient complaints
- Verifying and updating patient information in EMR (electronic medical records) software
- Collecting lab samples, coordinating pick up to lab
- Taking patient temperature and blood pressure, weight, height etc
- Assisting during examinations
- Clean, stocking and organizing exam rooms

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- French English, other spoken/written languages is an asset.
- Knowledge of OSCAR pro an asset
- Full time Monday to Friday - 8:30pm-4:30pm
