Project Manager for Digital

We're looking for a keen Project Manager, based in Toronto, who can confidently plan and lead web projects - from early discovery through launch and post-launch support - while guiding our internal design and development teams to deliver smart, scalable digital solutions for our clients.

You'll work closely with clients, designers, and developers, owning projects end-to-end across a range of website initiatives. This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategy, UX/UI, execution, and stakeholder expectations in an agency environment.

What you'll do

  • Partner with clients to define business objectives, requirements, and project scope
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables and resources across multiple projects
  • Own the creation and management of:
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Collaborate with our designer to craft personas and information architecture for each new website
  • Detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies
  • Functional requirements, user stories, and development sprints
  • Project estimates in collaboration with the delivery team
  • Manage client expectations and scope, including leading weekly status calls on larger projects
  • Oversee internal team resourcing, scheduling, and time tracking
  • Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and execute Pre Design (personas and IA), QA, testing, and client training activities
  • Share and help implement project management best practices across the organization
  • Establish and document processes to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
  • Support post-launch account management and long-term client relationships
  • Assist with sales efforts, including demos and acting as a CMS subject-matter expert

Skills & experience

  • 2–4+ years of project management experience in web development, ideally within a digital agency
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple web projects involving CMS platforms (Kentico and/or WordPress preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver complex website and CMS integration projects on time and on budget
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of web development workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools, ideally 
    JIRA
  • Positive, collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset

We are currently all working remotely 2 days a week and in the Toronto office 3 days a week.
