Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction/
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
