Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business clients in person to identify needs and provide tailored telecom solutions
  • Deliver excellent service while proactively building and managing client relationships
  • Take ownership of a personal client pipeline and performance targets
  • Support small and medium-sized businesses with ongoing account management
  • Progress into sales leadership or account executive roles as performance develops

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress beyond entry-level roles
  • No direct sales experience required — full training provided
