Project Manager – Construction

Charlottetown, PE | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly, on time, and on budget? Do you enjoy being the bridge between clients, consultants, and site teams—and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? If that sounds like you, this could be a great fit.

We're working with a fast-growing construction team that's looking for a Project Manager who can jump in and take ownership right away. They need someone who doesn't require a lot of handholding, can juggle multiple moving parts, and has a solid background in construction project management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules (and keeping everyone aligned).
  • Handling contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with accuracy.
  • Managing communication between consultants, trades, and site supervisors.
  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial updates for approval.
  • Overseeing quality control, compliance, and closeout documentation.
  • Mentoring junior staff and supporting the project team.
  • Most importantly, representing the company with professionalism and accountability.

What we're looking for:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • A proven ability to manage project delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—you're the kind of person who makes sure nothing slips through.
  • Experience with contracts, scheduling, and financial management in a construction setting.
  • Someone proactive, confident, and ready to take 50% of the load off senior leadership right away.
