Title of position: Senior Architectural Technologist
Job duties:
We are looking for a senior architectural technologist to join the firm. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of supporting junior staff on multiple projects, can work both independently and as part of a team. You will work with their principal, senior team members, and the project teams to develop the projects throughout the design phases and produce and manage the production drawings and documentation, through the full design process or during a particular stage. This role will also include leading or supporting various design components or projects activities, spanning from early design to construction completion, assisting in contract admin and site reviews/visits.
- Terms of employment - full-time, permanent.
- Hours of work per week – 09H00 – 17h00 – 40 Hours / week.
- Wage – $ 35 - $45 per hour

Skills requirements:
1. Software.
a. 5 years or more experience with Microsoft office and Windows.
b. Experience working with point clouds, creation and working.
c. 5 years or more experience with Revit.
2. Construction drawing knowledge.
a. Concepts,
b. Design,
c. Detailing,
d. Construction drawings,
e. Record drawings.
f. Construction specifications implementation in drawings.
3. Personality.
Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Translate design intent into construction detailing.
Be able to work on a variety of projects at the same time.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ingenuity in coordinating external consultants and translating this information into design documents.
Strong technical capacity for developing building component drawings and details.
4. Education – Min. bachelor's degree.
5. Work experience – 5 years or more in an architectural office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
