Job Summary
We are seeking a happy, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team immediately for 2 days a week. This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with an interest in toys and games for children. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Will include every other Saturday plus weekdays.
**Duties:**
Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Upsell products and services to meet sales goals
Handle cash transactions
**Experience:**
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
Knowledge of children's toy and sales techniques a bonus
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
