Key Responsibilities :-

Sales Activity

  • Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing of distribution channel, coverage area and territory management to achieve regional sales target
  • Collect market information and focus on the fast-moving consumer products market
  • Independently undertake the sales of downstream products in a single market
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimize planning & scheduling efficiency, and implementing SOPs and CI platforms

Management Support Activity

  • Provide regular report to direct superior regardingregional sales strategy, sales activities, sales performance etc.
  • Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope

Qualifications :-

  • 5 years & above sales experience in fast-moving consumer products/fast-food company industry
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Possess multi-lingual is preferred
  • Have good interpersonal relationships in relevant industries
