Job Description
You would join our team as a Senior Product Manager and define the future of a Texada product suite. You will understand the needs of our customers, and other product managers, and work with our development teams to meet those needs with technology including the latest AI capabilities. We are seeking someone who enjoys thinking about the people who will be using our products. They seek to understand use cases, and build things that will feel familiar and easy to use, even in a complex business environment. They also understand the rapidly evolving technological frontier with AI, and can identify ways to create value that weren't possible even a few years ago. You will be working on the equipment growth platform for the heavy equipment industry such as CRM, quoting, rental management, work order management, and service delivery tracking tools.
The Texada Product team is a diverse group of individuals working together to build amazing new products and services for our customers.
Work Location
This position is remote/hybrid. Our home office is located in Mississauga, ON. Although there are no regular office days, you may be required to attend occasional meetings in person.
How you will be contributing
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders and end users to gain an understanding of the user and buyer needs and aspirations
- Research how companies and users use Texada products, and develop a vision for the future of your product
- Prioritize feature requests to build the product roadmap to achieve business and product goals
- Define the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for your product and be an advocate with GTM teams
- Launch new features, and product lines by working with marketing, sales, onboarding and support teams
- Work with UX on use cases and designs for end user feedback
- Provide clarification on expected functionality, to engineering, and be the expert in your products
- Be the voice of the customer in product/development discussions
- Be able to break down product enhancement epics into easily understandable user stories and coordinate with other Eng team members as they adopt the services you create
- Look for market opportunities that Texada should move towards
- Lead or participate in other assigned projects

Competencies for Success
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in the B2B tech space
- Experience engaging with customers of software in a product management, customer success, services, support, or other roles
- Experience working with AI both to make your day to day easier, but also embedded into the products you have worked on
- Experience working closely with engineering teams being able to engage on technical topics
- Experience with sales tech, martech, rental, service management, heavy equipment, or the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to influence people cross-functionally
- You think automation is important – and seek out processes, systems and tools that enable better decision making with minimal re-work
