Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager - Photocopier Solutions, based in Grande Prairie, AB, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing tailored solutions, providing excellent support to existing clients, and fostering business growth within the region.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong abilities in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Experience in office equipment sales or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client meetings
