Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enforcement of Quality Management (QM) practices to elevate Technology services and design and implement procedures, templates, and training materials to support QM execution and analysis
- Facilitate a cross-functional collaboration through a Quality Working Group and advocate network
- Monitor key quality metrics, conduct assessments, and refine programs to align with standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure technology solutions consistently meet evolving quality expectations
- Analyze business needs to guide effective technology solutions and strengthen capabilities
- Manage internal communications and training to keep staff informed and aligned with process changes and priorities
- Lead strategic initiatives that support Technology goals, including the rollout of new capabilities and targeted objectives
- Monitor and report on program performance, escalating roadblocks and recommending solutions
- Build trust and visibility across the organization as a champion for quality and continuous improvement
Your Skills:
- Strong strategic orientation with the ability to align quality initiatives to organizational goals, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communicator with fluency in both technical and user-friendly language; skilled in coaching, interpersonal dynamics, and delivering clear written and verbal messaging
- Proven expertise in quality assurance, process improvement, governance, and quality management systems, with deep knowledge of assurance metrics and industry best practices
- Highly skilled in data analysis, statistical reporting, and visualization using spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts; proficient in Microsoft applications and project-based environments
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize, perform under pressure, and navigate ambiguity through structured planning and problem-solving
Your Experience:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science or business administration, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma) preferred, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing quality management programs
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing all facets of a Quality Management team, including planning, control, assurance, and continuous improvement
