Role Description
This is a full-time (flexible), on-site role based in Pemberton, BC, for a Financial Service Associate. The Financial Service Associate will engage with clients to provide personalized financial advice and solutions, assist with product inquiries, and support financial planning needs. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial services, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service while supporting their financial growth and well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Finance, Financial Services, and experience in the financial sector
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating financial data and client needs
- Awareness of Cybersecurity protocols and the ability to safeguard client information
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and foster trust
- Previous experience in client-facing or advisory roles is an asset
