ABOUT US
- We are a boutique media, design, and creative-technology studio working at the intersection of
immersive experiences, cultural storytelling, and cutting-edge tools
. Our projects span
interactive installations, projection-mapped environments, immersive games, films, theatre, and branded experiential work
, often presented at festivals, museums, and public spaces.
Our work has been supported by major cultural institutions and funding bodies and has been presented internationally. The studio's creative leadership has collaborated with organizations such as the
MIT Media Lab, Nuit Blanche, TIFF, Luminato, Dubai Art Centre
and our projects regularly bring together artists, filmmakers, technologists, performers, and designers from across disciplines.
You will be joining a small, fast-moving team and working closely with an
extended network of creative technologists, cultural workers, immersive producers, actors, and filmmakers
. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants exposure to how ambitious creative projects are actually developed, produced, and delivered.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

. You will support both the
creative and operational
sides of the studio, gaining practical experience across multiple disciplines rather than being siloed into a single task.
This role is especially well-suited to someone curious about
immersive media, interactive installations, film, theatre, design, and emerging technologies
, and who thrives in a small-team environment where initiative is valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The intern will support the studio across a range of areas, including:
ADMIN & STUDIO SUPPORT
- General administrative assistance and project coordination
- Organizing files, assets, and documentation
- Supporting grant applications, proposals, and project research
- Assisting with scheduling, communications, and studio logistics
MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY
- Researching trends in immersive media, experiential design, and cultural projects
- Audience and market research for new projects and initiatives
- Competitive analysis and case-study research
- Supporting the development of presentations and pitch materials
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION
- Assisting with social media planning and scheduling
- Writing and editing short-form copy for posts and newsletters
- Preparing visual assets for social platforms
- Supporting documentation of projects (behind-the-scenes, process, outcomes)
MEDIA, VIDEO & GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Basic video editing for social and promotional content
- Assisting with graphic design assets (posters, decks, social graphics)
- Supporting brand consistency across materials
- Preparing assets for presentations, proposals, and public releases
AI & CREATIVE TECH SUPPORT
- Experimenting with AI tools for research, writing, design, and ideation
- Supporting workflows that combine AI with creative production
- Assisting with documentation and testing of new tools and processes
WHO YOU ARE

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (FLEXIBLE)
You do not need to have everything listed below, but experience or interest in some of the following is an asset:
- Social media management or content creation
- Basic video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)
- Graphic design (Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Research and writing
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative or research workflows
- Interest in immersive media, creative technology, or experiential design
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Paid internship (minimum wage, payroll position)
- Part-time hours (approximately 30 hours per week)
- Fixed-term internship (approximately two months, with potential to extend depending on fit and funding)
