What you'll be doing:
- Recruit PSW's
- Maintain schedule for services
- Provide direction to PSW's and communicate with supervisors as needed to assure safe and effective coverage of client needs
- Use our in house technology for case management, billing.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers
- Support payroll and billing
What we're looking for:
- Experience supervising PSW's or equivalent.
- Available evenings and weekends to take calls.
- Attention to detail, accuracy,
- Strong customer orientation
- Highly responsive to team members and clients
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Administrative experience, PSW certificate or nursing is an asset.
- Detail and accurate
- Comfortable with technology
- Access to reliable transportation
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
- Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler, preferably staffing for a temporary agency or in home health.
