About Evovest and the role

Do you want to contribute to the new technological era in portfolio management? Evovest is currently looking for an Executive Sales Assistant to participate in the development of the company. We are looking for someone who is willing to develop within the organization, as our company's growth enables the candidate to be exposed to many aspects of growing the business.

Evovest is an equity portfolio manager that systematizes the investment process through a scientific approach. We are looking to expand our sales & operations capabilities with your help. By joining a growing team, you will have the opportunity to support the team in different aspects.

What will you do as an Executive Sales Assistant:

  • 30% - Prospect and Research, Outbound Reach, Lead Qualification & Pipeline development
  • 20% - Assist the CEO and Chairman on the sales cycle process
  • 15% - Bookkeeping, internal accounting and regulatory processes
  • 15% - Support the creation and maintenance of marketing content and communication
  • 10% -

Managing the CEO and Chairman's agenda
- 10% - Represent the company to conference and assist to industry webinars

What we look for:

  • Experience in sales or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
  • Bilingual – French and English
  • Intellectually inquisitive

Additional qualities and skills that will catch our eyes:

  • Interest in investments
  • Canadian Securities Courses (CSC)
  • Understanding of accounting principles for bookkeeping & knowledge of QuickBooks

Working conditions

  • Expected starting base salary of 70,000$ with variable bonus

Ce que vous ferez en tant qu'Adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) aux ventes :

  • 30 %
  • Prospection et recherche, prise de contact et qualification des leads
  • 20 %
  • Assister le PDG et le Président dans le processus du cycle de vente.
  • 15 %
  • Tenue de livres, comptabilité interne et processus réglementaires.
  • 15 %
  • Soutenir la création et la maintenance du contenu marketing et des communications.
  • 10 %
  • Gestion de l'agenda du PDG et du Président.
  • 10 %
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors de conférences et assister aux webinaires de l'industrie.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Expérience en vente ou dans un rôle connexe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et de la suite Google G-Suite.
  • Bilinguisme – Français et Anglais.
  • Curiosité intellectuelle.

Qualités et compétences supplémentaires qui attireront notre attention :

  • Intérêt pour les investissements.
  • Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM / CSC).
  • Compréhension des principes comptables pour la tenue de livres et connaissance de QuickBooks.
