You Have: 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change 
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills 
  • Studies specializing in computer science, business administration, management or communications 

And this is totally you:

  • Assist with updates to the IM/IT policy suite 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects 
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate roadmap progress and risk posture 
  • Draft internal communications for IM/IT initiatives 
  • Act as a project coordinator for major IM/IT projects

The posted range of pay rates is a guideline for this position. Actual pay will depend on your year or level of study and whether you've previously worked in a student role with CMA. The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
