Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team primarily on weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently during service hours. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal preparation, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
