Optis Consulting isactively seeking a Consultant to join their Vancouver,Toronto, Calgary, New York and Salt Lake City team.  The Consultant will lead a small team of consultantsin assessing and selecting the best Source -to -Pay solution for ourcustomers.  The Consultant will lead thedevelopment of solutions by interviewing key stakeholders, gathering, andorganizing information, analyzing data, mapping processes, configuringsoftware, coordinating activities, and preparing reports that summarizefindings.We need our Consultantsto be confident, versatile and passionate, with an ability to tackle newproblems as we continue to help our customers to improve. They must be logicalthinkers, and have a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team and manageambiguous or uncertain situations.  Theymust have exceptional communication skills, be adaptable, proactive, andwilling to take ownership.RESPONSIBILITIES•      Leadsmall teams on the delivery of client project work for Optis customers(developing the client action plan, coordinating the completion of the actionplan, developing the formal proposal, participating in the presentation of theproposal, and influencing key decision -makers).•      Conductfollow -up meetings with Optis customers to gauge the success of recommendedchanges.•      Identifyand develop new business opportunities, by doing lead generation activities, orworking with partners for referrals.•      Continueto develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship. REQUIREMENTS•      2+years of relevant experience in a consulting/professional services environment,or the procurement department of a company.•      1+years of experience working with market -leading Source to Pay solutions, suchas SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa and GEP.•      Experienceleading small projects.•      Universitydegree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, Information TechnologyManagement, Business Operations Management, or International BusinessManagement.•      Intermediateto Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.•      Proficiencyin French and/or Spanish is an asset. SKILLS& ABILITIES•      Teamplayer with strong problem -solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.•      Mustbe detail -oriented and have the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.•      Strongwritten and oral skills are required, including an ability to clearly explaincomplex concepts.•      Experiencedwith delivery and public speaking.•      Highenergy with the capability to multi -task in a dynamic, rapidly growingorganization.•      Ableto work with various teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.•      Abilityto work collaboratively with employees within departments and across functions.•      Aptitudefor understanding how Optis solutions solve business problems.•      Abilityto convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customersmake proper business decisions. SPECIALDEMANDS•      Abilityto travel within Canada and the United States
