Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Foam Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and proper insulation standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop specialized skills, and contribute to high-quality construction outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Mix and apply spray foam insulation accurately according to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools and caulking materials to seal gaps and ensure proper insulation coverage.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
  • Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and adherence to building codes.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within scope.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with caulking, hand tools, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are advantageous.
