Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Installer to join our team. This role is crucial to our mission of providing high-quality insulation solutions that enhance energy efficiency and comfort in buildings. As a Spray Foam Installer, you will contribute significantly to our projects by ensuring proper installation techniques are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Install spray foam, batt, BIBS, blowing wool insulation in various residential and commercial settings
  • Install 6 MIL Poly vapour barrier and acoustic seal caulking
  • Prepare surfaces for application by cleaning and caulking as necessary.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Spray Foam Installer or similar role.
  • Proficient with caulking, hand tools, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
