Job description

We are looking for an energetic warehouse worker to receive and ship merchandise to and from our warehouse. You will be responsible for loading/unloading shipments, you will pick orders, prepare shipments, as well as putting inventory away and ensuring accuracy of shipments. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the workplace to ensure safety in the work environment.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to follow instructions and have a willingness to work as a team. Our preferred applicants will be hard-working, focused and have problem-solving skills.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the workplace.

  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Receiving delivery of inventory.

  • Counting and confirming accuracy of inventory.

  • Communicating errors to correct parties.

  • Marking and labeling inventory.

  • Storing inventory in a tidy manner.

  • Picking orders, loading and wrapping stock on pallets.

Warehouse Worker Requirements:

  • Work experience as a general laborer, preferably in a warehouse.

  • Strong people skills.

  • Good character.

  • Physically strong, able to lift 40-50 lbs.

  • Willingness to learn.
