These agents power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise.

As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and founders to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects. These may range from market expansion and strategic initiatives to international scale up and go-to-market execution. You will operate at the center of the business, owning complex initiatives from end to end with full autonomy and executive visibility.

If you have spent 3 to 5 years at McKinsey, BCG, or a similar firm and are ready to shift from advising to building, this is your opportunity. Join us to help shape how modern enterprises understand, structure, and act on data in an AI-first world.

  • Lead high-impact projects across GTM, product, ops, and strategy
  • Own initiatives from first principles to full execution
