Over the past three years, we've grown from two specialists to five, reflecting our continued investment in people and performance as we expand our in-house capabilities. If you are data-driven, curious, and ready to lead optimization at scale, this is where your expertise thrives.

Your Role
You'll also enjoy flexible hours, three weeks' vacation to start, and strong professional growth opportunities.

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll take full ownership of your campaigns and the results they deliver. You'll operate as both strategist and hands-on specialist, building, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging programmatic channels.

You'll work within a small, focused team where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand. Collaboration with other specialists, creative partners, and leadership will be key as you develop strategies that perform at scale across Go Auto's network.

You also know that lasting performance comes from curiosity, testing new formats, evolving audience structures, and turning insights into measurable growth.

Your work will directly influence how Go Auto advertises, measures success, and evolves its digital ecosystem. You'll have the freedom to innovate, the support to grow, and the satisfaction of seeing the impact of your work every day.

  • Monthly OEM offer updates
  • Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and shape account strategy.

  • 6 Months: You are improving the performance of your accounts through structured testing, creative experimentation, and scalable optimizations.
  • 12 Months: You are supporting cross-channel strategies that connect paid media, tracking, and reporting into one cohesive ecosystem. You are mentoring coordinators on optimization and automation, setting new standards for how performance is achieved and still learning yourself.
Who You Are
  • Analytical and driven by data-backed decision-making.
  • Calm and effective under pressure.
  • Communicative, confident, and collaborative.
  • Curious about technology and open to experimentation.
  • Focused on maximizing impact with smart time management.
